Client Feedback

Comments from producers, studio managers and event organisers about working with showvary, in their own words and about the work as they found it.

In their words

What clients say about the work

The floor plan and cable schedule arrived before any equipment did, and that made the installation days calm. Our crew knew where everything went, and the labelling meant we could trace a fault in minutes instead of hunting through trays.

  • Priya's lighting plan worked for both the room and the cameras. We spent rehearsal time adjusting cues rather than moving fixtures, which is not how it usually goes for us.

Mark Tennison · Producer, corporate events
  • Daniel explained the monitoring options in plain terms and did not push extra kit. The desk layout he suggested suited our engineer straight away.

Helen Garrick · Venue manager, live music space
  • Hannah's review removed two copying steps we had done for years without questioning them. Delivery became simpler, and new staff now follow it without help.

What these comments tell us about our own work

We read feedback to learn what to keep doing and what to improve. The themes that come back are small and practical, and they shape how we prepare and hand over each piece of work.

Preparation matters most

Clients mention the paperwork before they mention the equipment. Floor plans, cable schedules and lighting drawings give a crew something to work from on the first day. When those documents are clear, installation is quieter and fewer decisions are made under pressure. We take that as a reason to spend more of our time before the work starts.

Plain explanation

People value being told what a choice means for them in ordinary words. When we recommend a monitoring setup or a signal route, we say what it costs in effort and what it gives back. Clients can then decide with the facts in front of them, and they tell us they do not feel pushed towards extras.

Handover and afterwards

Several comments are about what happens once we step back. A crew that can read our notes and keep the system running without us is the outcome we want. We keep handover documents short, labelled and written for someone who was not in the room, and we welcome questions afterwards.
