Services
The five areas of audiovisual production we plan and support, with what each involves and how an engagement proceeds.
Five areas covering studio, stage and workflow
We work across broadcast studio design, camera control systems, stage and event lighting, sound engineering and workflow consulting. Clients come to us for one area or several, and the same team handles the connections between them so decisions fit together.
Broadcast Studio Design
Layout and equipment planning for television and streaming studios, from floor plan to cable routes.
Camera Control Systems
Setup and configuration of camera control, vision mixing and remote operation for multi-camera productions.
Stage and Event Lighting
Lighting plans and rigging advice for concerts, festivals and corporate live events.
Sound Engineering
Audio design for studios and live venues, covering microphones, mixing desks and monitoring.
Workflow Consulting
Review and streamlining of production workflows, from signal routing to file handling and delivery.
Describe your studio, venue or event and what you want to achieve. We will explain which areas apply and what each would involve before any scope is confirmed.
ContactBroadcast Studio Design
Floor plan and camera positions
We draw the studio floor, mark set areas, camera positions and movement paths, and test them against the kinds of shows you intend to make so that the room supports your formats.
Equipment planning
We list the equipment the room needs, indicate where it will sit and note what you may already own that can stay. This helps you compare options without being pushed towards unnecessary purchases.
Cable routes and signal paths
Cable routes are planned and labelled early, covering video, audio, power and data. Clear routing makes installation tidier and fault-finding faster once the studio is in daily use.
Coordination with lighting and sound
Because lighting and audio share the same ceiling, floor and power, we plan them alongside the layout so that rigging points, microphone positions and monitoring do not compete for space.
The steps from first enquiry to a finished handover
Whatever the service, work moves through the same ordered steps. Knowing the sequence helps you prepare, and it keeps scope, payment and responsibilities clear from the first message to the final notes.
Enquiry and first conversation
You contact us through the contact page with a description of the project. We reply, ask what we need to understand it and tell you plainly whether we are the right people to help.
Review and scoping
We study your plans, photographs or site visit notes and the equipment you hold. From this we work out which services apply and what could affect the amount of work involved.
Quotation and confirmation
We send a written quotation describing what is included and what is not. Once you confirm in writing, we plan the work and later issue an invoice payable by bank transfer.
Planning and configuration
We produce the layouts, plans, settings or workflow changes agreed, sharing progress as we go so you can correct course early. Questions from your crew are welcome throughout.
Handover and follow-up notes
We go through the result with your operators and leave written notes describing how it is set up. If something needs adjusting afterwards, you know who to contact.
