Questions about ordering
These are the questions we are asked most often before work begins. If yours is not covered here, send it through the contact page and we will answer in writing.
- How do I order a service?
- Nothing is bought on this site. You send an enquiry through the contact page describing the job. We reply with questions if needed, then send a written quotation. Work begins once you confirm the quotation in writing.
- How do I pay?
- We issue an invoice after you confirm the quotation, and you pay it by bank transfer. The invoice carries our bank details and a reference to quote. We do not take card payments or payments through this website.
- What is included in a price?
- Each package lists what it covers, and the quotation repeats those items against your particular job. Anything outside that list, such as additional site visits, is stated separately before you agree to it.
- What can change the price?
- The size of the space, the number of cameras or stages, the distance we travel and the time available all matter. Extra revisions or a change in scope after confirmation also alter the figure. We tell you before any change applies.
- Can I cancel after confirming a quotation?
- Yes, by writing to us. What you owe depends on how much work has been done by then, and any visit already carried out is charged. The payment and refund policy sets out the details.
- How is a refund paid?
- Where a refund is due under the payment and refund policy, we pay it by bank transfer to the account the original payment came from. We confirm the amount to you in writing first.
- Do you charge VAT?
- The quotation states clearly whether the figure includes VAT or whether VAT is added. You see the full amount payable before you confirm anything, so the invoice holds no surprises.
- Can you quote for a job that is not listed?
- Often, yes. Camera control setup and sound engineering are quoted individually after we hear what you need. Describe the job on the contact page and we will say whether we can take it on.
