Payment and Refund Policy

Our published prices apply to every order. Where a service is priced by quantity or the website shows an estimate, we state the final amount in writing before any work starts, based on the details you give us. Nothing is agreed or paid on the website itself: the order takes effect when you accept our written confirmation.

Invoices are due within 14 days of their date unless another term has been agreed in writing; the accepted payment methods are listed on each invoice. For larger jobs, an advance payment or payment in instalments can be agreed in the quotation. If an invoice stays unpaid, we send a written reminder before taking further steps.

A refund is issued using the payment method of the original transaction, normally within 14 days after we have agreed it with you. If that method is no longer available, we ask you for bank details at hello@showvary.info and transfer the amount there, free of charge. Services already provided in full are not refundable; for partly completed work we settle the fee for the completed part and return the balance, allowing for material or third-party expenses agreed in advance.

Complaints about the quality of a service should reach us at hello@showvary.info within 14 days of the work being completed, and can also be raised beforehand by telephone at 01245 360 418. We respond within a few working days and agree with you how the matter is to be put right, by reworking the service or by refunding part of the fee.

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel a contract agreed by telephone, by email or online, that right applies in addition to this policy. Written notice to hello@showvary.info within the statutory period is enough, and any work you expressly asked us to begin before withdrawing is then settled separately.
